  We’re so thrilled with our “Endless Pool” – it’s still performing perfectly after four years!   I was incredibly disappointed with my experience calling this landscaping company. I contacted them hoping to discuss designing and implementing changes to our front and back yards, and the response I received was shockingly unprofessional. The representative, Doug, immediately informed me they were fully booked for the entire year, and that my budget of under $100,000 wouldn't qualify them. When I inquired about what that budget could actually achieve, he didn't bother to answer. I explained we were just in the initial stages of exploring options and working with landscape designers. He simply suggested I call him back if I couldn't find someone suitable. It felt incredibly dismissive and rude, and I was surprised by his lack of engagement. I asked about timing and he explained their design-only service at $150 an hour, estimating a cost of $7,000 to $8,000 just for the design work. Honestly, the whole interaction left me feeling completely undervalued and I won’t be trusting them with any potential project—a basic level of courtesy is essential, and that wasn’t provided. report abuse

  Honestly, the experience was pretty frustrating. There seemed to be a lack of consideration from other drivers, and unfortunately, several Tesla drivers were particularly aggressive. report abuse
