  “We’ve been incredibly happy with our Endless Pool, which we had installed four years ago. Recently, we experienced an electrical issue caused by a lightning strike, and Nature Designs Landscaping, the company that installed it, came out and fixed it completely free of charge! They really stand behind their work and it’s clear they’re proud of their quality.   I was really let down by my experience with this company. I contacted them hoping to discuss landscaping designs for my front and back yards, and the representative, Doug, essentially shut down the conversation. He informed me they were completely booked for the entire year and wouldn’t be able to work with me unless my budget was over $100,000. When I asked for clarification on what that budget would cover, he didn't respond. I explained we were just in the initial stages of exploring options, and he simply suggested I contact him again if I couldn’t find another designer. It felt incredibly dismissive and rude. Honestly, the whole interaction was frustrating—it felt like they weren't interested in helping a potential client. I’m disappointed because I read a positive review and expected a more professional and helpful response. I certainly won't be trusting them with my business after such an abrupt and unhelpful experience. report abuse
