  “I was really disappointed with the service we received. The HVAC technician was hired through my landlord, and he insisted on changing the installation time from 8am to 7am. Unfortunately, he didn’t show up until 8:30am, and completely failed to call to let us know or reschedule. It was incredibly frustrating because everyone was waiting for him, and he just disappeared. Beyond that, he seemed to have a really negative attitude, making it seem like doing the job was a huge burden for him. Overall, he was unreliable and disrespectful.” report abuse
