I was extremely frustrated with the service we received. My landlord hired this company to install our new HVAC system, and the technician was insistent on changing the scheduled installation time. Unfortunately, he didn’t show up until 8:30 am, despite the original time being 7 am, and completely failed to communicate or reschedule. It was incredibly inconvenient for everyone waiting, and he just vanished. Beyond that, he seemed to have a really negative attitude, making the whole situation feel like a major hassle for him. Overall, I found him to be unreliable and disrespectful.
