I have to be honest, my experience with this company was incredibly concerning. While I don’t know the specifics of their work, their lack of professionalism was completely unacceptable. Truck #21, without even a license plate, repeatedly dumped rocks onto the road and refused to stop when asked. The damage they caused – cracked windshields for miles – was shocking. It seems someone reported this driver to the police, and I’m worried they no longer have insurance, or at least aren’t responding to concerns. I was initially told they’d get back to me within 48 hours, but it’s now been over 100 hours with no communication. It’s completely unacceptable for a company to simply ignore problems and expect them to disappear. Being insured is precisely why you have a response system in place – failing to utilize it is damaging to your reputation and your business.

I observed a Jimmy Richards company truck – a Super Duty – engaging in some incredibly reckless driving on Sunday, January 29th. The driver was traveling at speeds well over 90 mph, weaving aggressively through traffic and following other vehicles far too closely for a truck of that size. It was like they were on a racetrack, and the behavior was extremely dangerous, particularly as they sped through traffic from Three Notch Road into the Haydens Run subdivision. This represents a significant liability for the company.

I’m really concerned about an incident involving one of your drivers on July 18th at 5:00 PM. A representative was operating a company truck with license plate “3CK5949” and engaged in extremely reckless behavior – swerving dangerously through traffic, speeding excessively (over 90mph), and even driving onto the median. This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable and caused a very near miss with several other vehicles. It reflects poorly on the company and demands immediate attention. We need to ensure all drivers uphold a much higher standard of professionalism and safety.
