The quality of their work on the driveway was excellent, and they even took the time to clean up the area afterward.   Ferdin and Carlos and their team were fantastic! We hired them for landscaping and some repairs around our house, and they did a really thorough job – they clearly take pride in their work and want to make sure everything is done perfectly.   We were incredibly pleased with the work L&S Dirt Works did to address the drainage problems around our house and sump pump. Ferdin and Carlos took the time to really understand our concerns and clearly explained how the grading and sloping were affecting our property. Not only did they fix the drainage issues, but they completely transformed the look and feel of our yard – we’re thrilled with the results! The crew was consistently professional, arrived promptly each day, and were fantastic to work with. Because of their quality and our confidence in them, we’ve already hired them for an additional project: replacing our patio with a larger concrete one.   L&S Dirtworks has been fantastic to work with on three separate projects, and I wanted to share my really positive experience. From the initial estimates to the final cleanup, they’ve consistently impressed me. They’re incredibly detail-oriented – their line-item estimates were spot-on, based on thorough walk-throughs, and they always presented multiple solutions with clear pricing. What really stood out was their team; they were incredibly professional, worked together seamlessly, and took real ownership of the projects. And their equipment operator? Seriously skilled – I’m pretty sure he could pick up a quarter with that backhoe! They were also incredibly careful, paying close attention to preserving the natural areas around the work. Communication was fantastic too – they were always clear and upfront, kept me updated with regular calls and texts, and always arrived on time. Even when the weather looked challenging, they reached out to discuss options. And the attention to detail didn’t stop there; they always smoothed egress areas with topsoil, seeded, and straw.   “We couldn’t be happier with the amazing work Carlos and L&S Dirt Works did restoring our basement! We had a serious water damage problem, and Carlos completely took care of it – he expertly removed the damaged concrete, fixed the source of the leak, and then beautifully re-applied the cement. Plus, the drywall and waterproof flooring he installed is fantastic – it’s so comfortable to walk on! Thanks to Carlos, our basement is completely restored. We’ll definitely be calling him back to tackle our front steps and add a dry well at the bottom of the steps.   L&S Dirt Works did an absolutely fantastic job resolving the drainage problems we were having in our yard. The issue was caused by a broken pipe linked to PEPCO’s recent power line installation, and Ferdin and Carlos and their team were incredibly professional and helpful from start to finish. They were completely transparent about the costs involved, and they really went the extra mile, using their expertise to not only fix the problem but also recommending some excellent local contacts for us to consider.   “I was really pleased with L & S Dirt Works – they quickly addressed a frustrating problem I had with standing water in my backyard. Ferdin came out the same day to take a look, and he was incredibly helpful. He quickly dug a small trench to redirect the water, and then gave me some simple instructions on how to maintain the area. He was so honest about what was needed and didn’t try to upsell me on anything fancy. Best of all, he didn’t charge me a dime! I’m not very handy myself, but Ferdin made the whole thing so easy.   We were absolutely thrilled with the work L&S Diet did on our patio project. They were incredibly professional and efficient, completing the job in the timeframe we’d discussed.
