I’m really frustrated with the lack of communication regarding the sprinkler system inspection. I’ve contacted them several times over the past week, and while the people I spoke with were polite, no one followed up to let me know if they could actually schedule the inspection. It’s completely unacceptable that I haven’t received any updates – a simple yes or no would have been appreciated.

I was really shaken up by an incident today involving one of the van drivers. He was incredibly aggressive, attempting to ram my car and even getting out of the van at a stop sign to try and break my window. He then followed me onto a college campus, which was terrifying. I seriously considered calling 911 until he finally stopped. I reported the incident to the main office, and they assured me they would be addressing it.
