  John and Walsh new builds are truly exceptional. I represented the buyer on one of their homes, and it was absolutely stunning – a classic build with incredible attention to detail. The craftsmanship was outstanding, and I’ve never seen a builder put so much care into the small things, like the custom silhouettes of their buyer’s dogs.   We absolutely loved working with the Walsh Brothers and JT to build our home on DayLily Lane. We’d been following the Wisteria Ways development for years and were so pleased with their work, which is why we knew we wanted to go with them. The whole process was incredibly smooth and stress-free – they really made everything easy. From the framing to the final touches, their team was fantastic; we especially appreciated getting to know everyone involved – the framers, electricians, and plumbers were all top-notch.   John was fantastic to work with – we really couldn't have done it without him. Initially, he just helped us find some local builders, but we immediately connected with his passion for quality and his dedication to his clients. Because we were involved from the very beginning, he was able to help us customize almost every detail of our new home, from the tiles and flooring to the landscaping. He was so good at anticipating our needs and bringing things to our attention, always making sure we had a say in the decisions. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, always taking the time to explain everything and guide us through the process. Throughout the entire build, John was incredibly responsive and attentive – he was always reachable, incredibly detail-oriented, and kept us thoroughly updated on the progress. We felt completely confident that we were in good hands. We really appreciated being able to drop by the build site whenever we wanted to see how things were going, and all of his subcontractors were just as friendly and professional as he was.
