I’d never used their services before, but I found them to be incredibly straightforward and they offered exactly what I needed – complete slab removal, a new French drain, and a new sump pump. I got some fantastic recommendations which really helped me make my decision, and I never had any doubts about hiring them. They delivered as promised, finishing the job in just two weeks, and they worked really well alongside our general contractor, who was also very pleased with their work. I’ve also been really happy with their ongoing service – they even provide annual maintenance on my sump pump, and while it might not always be necessary, I appreciate that they’re proactively taking care of it.   I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Drycrete. From the very start, the owner and Steve, our account manager, were fantastic – incredibly responsive, professional, and patient with all of our questions. They never pushed us to do anything we weren’t comfortable with. Gian and his team were also amazing – they were incredibly efficient (the sump pump installation was done in just under 3 hours!), and they left the work area spotless. Seriously, you’d barely know they were there! It’s clear they’re a really great local company with a solid understanding of their trade, and they truly listened to our needs.
