  I was incredibly disappointed with the service I received. One of the drivers behaved completely inappropriately – he followed us, made obscene gestures, and flipped us off. It was utterly unprofessional and a truly shocking representation of the company. report abuse

  “I want to share a really concerning experience I had on May 15th while driving on 24 South in Bridgewater. I was traveling at the speed limit in the middle lane when I was repeatedly tailgated, aggressively cut off, and even received a rude gesture from the driver. It was incredibly unsettling and felt completely unsafe. What’s even more worrying is that I’ve read similar accounts from other drivers online – reviews on Yelp and Google detail other motorists experiencing similar reckless and dangerous behavior from drivers associated with this company.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with the foundation work. I paid a significant amount for this service, and the contractor essentially just smashed the blocks together and left them in large, unusable pieces. I specifically asked for smaller cuts so I could break them up myself, but he only made a few superficial cuts and drove his truck over my lawn, creating deep ruts that I’m now responsible for repairing.” report abuse

  I was incredibly concerned by the behavior of the driver in the S88-587 vehicle. On multiple occasions on the 128/95 route, he actively attempted to force me off the road. It was clear he was deliberately driving recklessly and knew exactly what he was doing. Based on his actions, it seemed like a repeated pattern, and I believe he should be held accountable for operating a commercial vehicle with such disregard for safety. report abuse

  I’m incredibly frustrated with the service I received after this driver damaged my car. They attempted to pass me on a narrow road, resulting in my mirror being torn off and my driver’s side window being cracked. After I contacted them the next day, they were surprisingly unconcerned and asked me to get a repair quote. I provided the quote, but now they’re claiming a different story about what happened and refusing to take responsibility for the damage they caused. It’s completely unacceptable that they haven't acknowledged their fault, and frankly, it feels like they're trying to avoid accountability. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this company – they clearly don’t value customer satisfaction or taking responsibility for their actions. report abuse

  “I hired this company to install a doorway, and unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. They initially quoted me a four-hour job, but later informed me that any work beyond that would be billed at an hourly rate. What was incredibly frustrating is they didn’t clearly explain this before starting the work. When I questioned the extended hours, they suggested I could use them for any other task – I didn’t need a general laborer at $150 an hour. It felt completely misleading and dishonest, especially considering it was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I ended up paying for the work and decided to let the worker go, and I definitely won’t be using this company again.” report abuse

  “I was extremely disappointed with Pro Cuts’ service. They were hired to perform a simple cut, but the final bill was over $800 – far exceeding their stated minimum. The technician was only on-site for less than two hours, and crucially, they didn't take any precautions to contain dust, leaving our customer’s home completely covered in debris. I ended up having to pay for my own technician to clean up the mess, and we even had to hire a professional cleaning crew to fully restore the house. As a result, we had to offer our customer a significant discount for the inconvenience. Pro Cuts offered absolutely no resolution, refund, or credit – their only response was that I had buyer's remorse. I cannot recommend their service.” report abuse

  “Pro Cut Waltham did an absolutely fantastic job removing our entire basement slab – over 900 square feet! They were incredibly efficient, completing the work in less than three days. Beyond that, the team was so polite, professional, and genuinely helpful, answering all our questions with knowledge and ease. The concrete pourers even mentioned how excellent Pro Cut Waltham were – they really are the best!   “Honestly, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They damaged my machine, and to make matters worse, they didn’t seem truthful about it. They immediately started talking about involving their insurance company, which, frankly, seemed like an even bigger operation of deceptive practices. I wouldn't trust them to do something as simple as trimming a branch from a Christmas tree – it was just a complete disaster.” report abuse

  “Due to a hazardous situation – one of their trucks being cut off on I-95 North in the current snowy/rainy conditions – we felt it was completely unacceptable and incredibly unsafe, especially with a newborn in the car. We will not be hiring this company again.” report abuse
