I was really disappointed with how this company handled our payment after we successfully completed the playground build. Despite our promptness and the finished project, they haven’t responded to our messages, which is completely unacceptable.

Overall, we were extremely happy with the work CTA Construction did on our new facility. They really went above and beyond, working closely with the Wachusett Regional School District to keep us on schedule – we were thrilled to be able to move into the school on time. It was fantastic to see such a collaborative approach, with CTA Construction clearly focused on meeting our needs and the needs of our students, faculty, and the wider community. I especially appreciated how accessible and responsive their leadership was throughout the entire process.

I’m incredibly frustrated with the progress on the West Somerville Library Renovation. Construction has started shockingly early, as early as 6:30 AM on multiple occasions, and today it began 40 minutes before the official start time. I have photographic evidence of this happening, and it’s the fourth time this has occurred. Beyond the illegal start times, getting anyone to take my concerns seriously is a nightmare. They’ve provided a phone number to contact, but it just goes to voicemail – not even a transfer to the project team as they promised. It feels like they’re deliberately ignoring the neighborhood’s worries. The crews are also dismissive, even refusing to communicate when I speak my language. And the amount of trash and debris scattered around the site is unacceptable. It’s clear this company isn’t respecting city regulations or engaging with the community, and I wouldn’t recommend them for this project.
