  “We really went into this hoping for a fantastic experience, especially since we’d worked with Diana before. We had such high hopes for Rebel Builders, but unfortunately, it ended up being a really disappointing and costly experience for our family. We spent a significant amount of time—and money—working with their team, sharing our vision for our kitchen and bathrooms. We provided detailed feedback, explicitly stating what we *didn’t* want, like white cabinets and light floors. Despite all of this, the final design completely missed the mark. We walked away feeling completely let down and financially drained, having paid $16,000 for a design that wasn’t right for our family. While the team seemed to be listening initially, the final result was shockingly different. Ultimately, we couldn't continue with the project, and we felt like there was no way to resolve the situation. It’s sad because they’re not bad people, but our experience was just a huge letdown. If you're looking for incredibly polished, Instagram-worthy designs, maybe Rebel Builders would be a good fit. However, we want to urge anyone considering them to be very careful about the costs involved and ensure your vision is truly being understood.” report abuse

  “We absolutely loved working with Rebel on our recent kitchen remodel and some other tricky projects like updating the electrical and HVAC. As first-time homeowners tackling a construction project, we were honestly a little overwhelmed. But from the very beginning, Diana and her team made everything so easy. Their communication was fantastic, and they were incredibly organized – they really took the stress out of the whole process. They were amazing at helping us refine our somewhat hazy ideas into a beautiful design, and the finished kitchen is absolutely stunning!   Diana and her team absolutely knocked it out of the park with our kitchen remodel! From start to finish, they kept us completely in the loop, and the quality of their work – especially the custom hood and walnut coffee nook – was outstanding. It was such a relief to have them handle everything, coordinating all the contractors and guiding us through the best finishes.   Working with Rebel Builders, particularly Diana and her team, was an absolute pleasure.   Honestly, we couldn't be happier with Rebel Builders. From start to finish, they were fantastic. Diana was amazing – she really took the time to understand our vision for the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room, and worked with our schedule every step of the way. She was so creative and helped us bring our ideas to life. We really appreciated her honesty and straightforward approach, which made the whole process of choosing fixtures and following her design incredibly smooth. And don’t even get me started on the construction crew! Patrick was our construction manager, and he was absolutely brilliant. He was always available to answer our questions and kept us fully informed about what was happening.   Diana and her team did an absolutely fantastic job renovating our kitchen – and really the whole exterior too! From start to finish, they took care of everything, from picking out the finishes to coordinating all the different contractors. The result is stunning – a beautiful, functional kitchen that’s also incredibly high quality. It was such a seamless experience, and we’ll definitely be using a design-build team like theirs for any future projects.
