  “I couldn’t be happier with the work Eco Flooring did on my living room, dining room, and kitchen! Twenty-five years ago, I had chestnut flooring installed from reclaimed barn beams, and over time, the traffic areas had really worn down. I reached out to five different companies, but Eco was the only one that really stood out. Berj, the owner, came to assess the job and immediately addressed my concerns about dustless sanding and matching the original color. He used their equipment, and I was genuinely amazed at how clean and effective the sanding was. Even better, Berj brought samples back to his shop and, using some fantastic, quick-drying, environmentally friendly products, he perfectly matched the existing wood. The job is now finished and the floors look absolutely stunning! Berj and his team were so professional, reasonably priced, and really seemed to care about doing a great job. Berj, the team leader, was a real gem – he was so knowledgeable and clearly passionate about restoring wood floors, especially with the beautiful heartwood pine and yellow pine in my home. He quickly refined the work plan and got the job scheduled within my timeframe. I really appreciated that they listened to my preference for a water-based, low-VOC finish, and the results were stunning. He’s clearly a very experienced and knowledgeable floor sander and he really took the time to understand what we wanted to achieve with our old quarter sawn oak floors, especially considering the previous work had left the floors a little uneven. Berj didn’t add any extra charges for the extra effort involved, and he was just a really nice guy to work with, keeping us perfectly on schedule and prioritizing getting the job done quickly and properly.   “I’ve used Eco Floor Sanding before and I’m always so impressed with the quality of their work – it’s truly excellent and the prices are fantastic. They recently sanded and refinished my stairs, landing, and hallway, and honestly, it was a really complex job given that my house is nearly 150 years old. They tackled all the unexpected issues with such determination, really wanting to achieve the best possible finish. When I asked them to smooth out a few rough edges, they took care of it immediately. The carpentry work was particularly impressive – they clearly have a lot of skill and a real eye for detail.   “I can’t recommend Eco Floor Sanding highly enough. I’ve used their services on a couple of projects now, and the results have been fantastic. They recently refinished a beautiful 100-year-old oak floor in my bedroom, and then just last year they installed new oak floors throughout the first floor. Berj and his team were incredibly careful and professional – they used Bona semi-gloss on the old floor and Loba Invisible matte finish on the new ones, and the finished products look absolutely stunning. Honestly, I’ve had bad experiences with other floor companies in the past, but Eco Floor Sanding has completely changed my perspective. My friends recommended them, and they definitely lived up to the hype, especially considering the challenging circumstances of getting the work done during the pandemic. They were incredibly responsive, always providing timely and clear answers to my questions, whether I contacted them by email, text, or phone.
