  Alejandro and his crew did an absolutely fantastic job remodeling our kitchen! They completely transformed the space, opening it up to the living room and reworking the bathroom, and the final result is stunning. From start to finish, working with them was a really positive experience – everything ran so smoothly and seamlessly. We were particularly impressed with their honest and reasonable estimate, which they stuck to perfectly, delivering a fully functional kitchen for Christmas, even with the extra effort they put in.   “Alejandro and his team completely transformed our first house into the dream home we’d always wanted! As a first-time homeowner, I was honestly overwhelmed with decisions, but Alejandro was fantastic – so approachable and easy to talk to throughout the entire process. We ended up undertaking a huge renovation, expanding one bathroom into two and then adding so much more like refinishing floors in three rooms, a full house paint job, new recessed lighting, smart thermostats, TV installation, and even updating our doors and closet systems. What really stood out was how consistently Alejandro kept us informed every step of the way. He truly went the extra mile to fulfill all our requests. He’s incredibly responsive, a pleasure to work with, and his pricing was fair and reasonable. Honestly, the quality of his work made our home feel brand new and truly our own.   “I used K&A Remodel to renovate my bathroom, but unfortunately, the experience was quite frustrating. They initially estimated the project would take 8-10 days, but Alejandro didn’t clearly state that was ‘business days’ – meaning it could stretch to two weeks. Because of this, the project took much longer than anticipated, and I ended up needing to pay for a hotel room while they worked. Beyond the timeline issue, the quality of the work itself was disappointing. The grouting, patching, and painting were all done poorly, and I noticed cracks starting to appear within just two days of the completion date. It’s a really important consideration for a home with only one bathroom, and something I wish K&A Remodel had made clearer upfront.” report abuse

  K & A did an absolutely fantastic job with my deck – it was about 200 square feet and they completely transformed it in just two weeks! I was so impressed with how quickly and efficiently they worked from the very beginning.   “We absolutely loved working with Alejandro and his team to remodel our kitchen in Norwood last year. We’d hired a general contractor before, and frankly, we were a little wary of potential overruns and delays – you hear so many stories! But Alejandro completely exceeded our expectations. The remodel was finished on time (about six weeks), stayed within budget, and the quality of the work was fantastic.
