  “We were really frustrated after dealing with the previous plumber, but Bill from Clark Plumbing was a breath of fresh air. He immediately sounded much more knowledgeable and gave us a much more honest and realistic estimate over the phone. Scott then came out to do the work, and he was fantastic! He quickly and efficiently fixed our water pressure problem, installed a new faucet, and replaced our garbage disposal – all in just under two hours.   “I couldn’t be happier with the service Bill and Alex provided. They were both incredibly honest and skilled plumbers, and they responded to my call so quickly. They expertly replaced my old air conditioner pump, two outdated valves, and even my water heater with a new model – exactly what I wanted. The HVAC system and new water heater are working perfectly, and they did a fantastic job keeping my basement dry and the whole area clean and tidy.   Scott has been fantastic! He did a really thorough job replacing both my bathroom and kitchen faucets two months ago, and he even took care of removing my old garbage disposal and redoing the plumbing. Everything was done to a really high standard, and he was incredibly prompt and professional. More recently, I had a drainage issue in my laundry room, and Scott was back to fix it – again with a quick response and excellent workmanship.   “We had a really frustrating problem with our hot water for months – just cold or lukewarm water coming from the showers, and erratic temperature changes throughout the house. It was baffling, especially with a brand new hot water heater! Thankfully, Clark Plumbing, specifically Scott, was able to pinpoint the exact cause of the issue and make the repairs. Bill was fantastic to work with over the phone, and Scott’s troubleshooting was brilliant. He fixed the problem efficiently and at a much better price than the other plumbers we’d contacted.   Clark Plumbing and Heating were fantastic! We were in the middle of a kitchen remodel and they really came through for us. They quickly disconnected our old stove and sink so we could get the countertops installed, and then they expertly reconnected everything, even braving a snowstorm to do it! The guys were incredibly professional, polite, and kept everything really clean. They were also super helpful with information about our new appliances.   “We were in the middle of a stressful home renovation in Somerville and needed to quickly relocate our new boiler and water heater to keep them safe from the construction. Honestly, we were really worried about messing with something so new and potentially causing problems. After weeks of searching, we found Scott and Clark, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They came out the next day to assess the situation, provided a really fair and reasonable quote, and did an absolutely fantastic job. They were professional, hardworking, and incredibly careful – everything went exactly as planned, and we’re so grateful they were able to get the job done smoothly and efficiently. We’re back on track with our renovation thanks to them! We’d definitely recommend them – they’re trustworthy, honest, and you can tell they really care about their work.
