  Overall, we were really pleased with Erie’s service. We’d been bouncing around with other local roofing companies, getting nowhere, so it was a huge relief when Erie stepped in. While the price was a little higher than we anticipated, the speed and efficiency of the installation were fantastic. They secured our financing and got the job done within two weeks – they even showed up the day after a snowstorm and finished the entire three-story Victorian in just one day! The crew was incredibly hardworking and professional, and they were so respectful of our property. Honestly, they deserve a bonus; they really went above and beyond. We’d definitely use them again for any major repairs. Now, we’ll have to wait and see how this roof holds up over the long term – our previous one only lasted 19 years, so we’re hoping for much better longevity. report abuse

However, after seeing the fantastic new roof our neighbors had installed, we decided to go ahead with it, and we’re so glad we did!   Overall, we’re really happy with Erie Home. We had them install stone-coated metal roofing on our house about a year and a half ago, and we’ve been thrilled with the quality of the work and the product itself. Recently, we added a screened-in porch and wanted to continue with Erie to match the existing roof – they were fantastic and successfully matched it. While we did experience a couple of scheduling hiccups, it’s understandable given the challenging weather we’ve had this year. We’d definitely recommend Erie to anyone! report abuse

  “Overall, we had a really positive experience with this company. The initial consultation was quite detailed, so it’s worth setting aside some dedicated time for it. Two of their sales representatives came to our home and were incredibly thorough in assessing our roof, explaining everything in a clear and understandable way. They backed up their recommendations well, and the whole process went exactly as they promised. Within three weeks of signing the contract, the crew arrived and completely redid our roof – they were fantastic about cleaning up, even replacing a damaged hose they found during the work. While the cost was a little higher than we anticipated compared to other quotes, the strong warranty they offer is a huge plus, especially since we’re planning to sell our home in the next ten years. I’d definitely recommend this company and I’d consider using them again when we eventually need new windows.
