“I was really impressed with the whole experience. The customer service was fantastic – everyone was so nice, professional, and genuinely caring. And the plumbers who came to fix my plumbing were absolutely amazing; they did a fantastic job and made the whole process incredibly easy.”

“We’ve been using this service for a while, and it was generally alright, but over the last five years we’ve become increasingly concerned. There’s been a really high rate of staff turnover, which means every new technician has to start from scratch learning about our pool systems and how we do things – it’s incredibly frustrating. We’ve also noticed a pattern of carelessness, like one year we suspected a technician damaged the filter fins and another time they replaced the pool cover bolts without even checking where the old ones were stored (which, thankfully, were found in the shed, but that ended up costing us $300!). To add to that, the prices have steadily gone up – it used to cost in the high $300s to open our pool, but now we’re paying $860! With the combination of inconsistent service and these rising costs, we’re unfortunately going to be looking for a new pool service.”

“I’ve been a customer for almost eight years now, and I’m consistently impressed with the service. Amy, my representative, has been fantastic – she’s always been really communicative and quick to resolve any issues that have come up.”

Sweetwater has always been fantastic for pool advice, and I’ve relied on their guidance every year. However, this year’s opening was a real struggle – I found myself dealing with quite a few dead squirrels and a lot of leaves. Despite adding a ton of shock and algaecide, the algae just wouldn't budge. Luckily, the technician I spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly tested my water and diagnosed a high phosphate level. He simply recommended cleaning the filter and pool, and then adding a specific chemical, which worked perfectly! The pool was noticeably clearer within a day, and it’s been crystal clear ever since. He’s truly the most knowledgeable pool guy I’ve ever dealt with.

“I’ve been really happy with Sweet Water Pools – they’re always punctual and professional. My pool looks fantastic after they’ve finished their work, and honestly, I’m a little surprised by the negative reviews I’ve seen online.”

Honestly, I was really frustrated. I needed something urgently, and when I checked both the phone and the website, they both said they were open. However, when I went to the location, they were actually closed. It was incredibly disappointing and misleading.

“I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and I can honestly say they do an absolutely fantastic job – they’re fantastic!”
-
This was a really disappointing experience. We were kept waiting for a consultation that was significantly delayed, and ultimately, we never received the estimate we were promised. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
-
Honestly, there were some significant issues with this business. The owner came across as arrogant and didn't seem to prioritize professionalism, which was disappointing. Plus, the prices were considerably higher than I expected.

“Thanks so much, Ben, for handling everything – really appreciate it!”
