  I couldn’t be happier with Puraqua Pool Service. They’ve been fantastic – incredibly responsive to our needs and really knowledgeable about everything pool-related.   “I was really frustrated when my old sand filter just completely failed on a Friday, but I was so relieved with how quickly Pure Aqua handled it. Dave was fantastic – he really stepped up and made sure everything was taken care of as quickly as possible.” report abuse

  “I can’t even begin to describe how disappointed I was with this service. The employee had absolutely no knowledge of pools and, frankly, offered a completely ridiculous solution – suggesting I tear up my entire backyard to fix a problem that was easily solved with a simple YouTube video. It was a complete waste of my time and money, and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.” report abuse

  Overall, I was really pleased with Puraqua’s service. There were a couple of initial issues getting my pool set up for the season, but they responded quickly and delivered on their promises. I also appreciated that they delivered and installed the pool cover I purchased last year – the price was great and everything went smoothly. report abuse

  I had a really negative experience with this company. They overcharged me, billing me twice for a leak they couldn't even locate, and then shockingly, they filed a lawsuit against me. Communication was also a huge issue – there seemed to be no coordination between the team. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using their services. report abuse

  “Ken and Justin did a fantastic job installing our gunite pool. It was a tricky project, especially with the corner lot, but they really pulled it off and the finished pool looks absolutely amazing!” report abuse

  “Honestly, I was really disappointed with my recent visit. The staff seemed quite rude, and the selection was very limited. To add to that, the prices were significantly higher than other stores in the area. It’s frustrating to shop somewhere that isn’t offering competitive prices and a better experience – I recently saw Ocean State Job Lot has a much better selection and, for example, they were selling liquid chlorine shock for just $2.00.” report abuse
