Jesse was fantastic – he arrived exactly when he said he would, was incredibly polite and explained everything clearly, including what I needed to do to prepare for the winter. Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the work PVE did for us. The team – Shawn, Chris, Jay, Joe T., and Luke – were all fantastic, and we wholeheartedly recommend them. Shawn was particularly impressive; he expertly installed our new oil boiler and connected it to our new HVAC system, saving us valuable space in the basement while being incredibly professional and courteous. Chris did a brilliant job installing the new mono Tee system for our radiators, demonstrating a great understanding of the system and offering really helpful advice throughout the project. Jay and Joe T. were also fantastic, working seamlessly with Shawn during the boiler installation and offering valuable insights that we’ll definitely be using as we plan future renovations. We really appreciated how attentive the team was to our requests, and we're thrilled with how well our new HVAC system is working – thank you PVE!
