“I was really disappointed with this experience. I scheduled a meeting and called to confirm the day before, but the contractor didn’t show. I had to chase him down through the company to find out what was going on, and he hadn’t even bothered to let me know he was running late. Trying to reschedule for later in the week was impossible – they told me it would be another four weeks. When he finally arrived, he explained that someone from the office was supposed to contact me, which was frustrating. While the company did apologize on November 9th, I still haven’t received the quote the contractor promised, and it’s now four weeks overdue. That’s why I’ve had to drop my rating back down to one star.”

“I got an estimate from them, and it was shockingly expensive – four times what another company quoted for the same work. They also offered a credit plan, which felt like a red flag. If you have the funds, they seem to be a legitimate operation, but the price was a major issue. Thanks for coming out.”

John and Rick from Gravina Construction were incredibly pleased with RAMJACK’s work. Anthony and his team – from the crew to the office staff – were fantastic, and the job was completed quickly and to a high standard in just three days. They couldn’t have asked for a better company to handle their project.

“I was really impressed with this company. While I didn’t initially require their services, I was incredibly grateful for their professional, organized, and prompt response to my needs. Anthony, in particular, was fantastic – he offered really insightful advice, shared his knowledge so well, and went above and beyond to help me. I’d wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone facing similar concerns.”
-
“I was really impressed with the team – Anthony, Leo, Tom, Shane, and Dom were all incredibly competent and professional, and they were also very courteous. They did a fantastic job on the foundation structural repair, retaining wall rebuild, and permanent lolly poles in our mid-1800s colonial basement. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Yes, it might cost a bit more upfront, but you definitely get excellent value for your money with this team.”

Overall, the workers were fantastic – really pleasant and professional. However, I was very disappointed with the final result. It didn’t match the initial expectations we’d discussed, and when I raised my concerns with the manager, he suggested I get a second opinion by sending photos and quotes. Despite doing that, and multiple attempts to get in touch with him over the past year, I haven’t received any further communication or support.

“I was really impressed with Ram Jack – especially with Anthony. He was incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely helpful, and just a really nice guy. I highly recommend him and the company!”

Mike at RamJack Plymouth was fantastic – really friendly, helpful, and he didn’t pressure me at all. I’d definitely recommend him if you’re worried about your foundation.
-
“I was really impressed with the technician who came to my home. He was incredibly professional, clearly knowledgeable about his work, and I appreciated his honest approach. I’d absolutely recommend RamJack New England to anyone!”
