  “I was really pleased with the fence installation these guys did for my home. From the very beginning, they were fantastic – one of the team members came out to measure and gave me a clear, detailed estimate, and thankfully they honored the date I needed. The quality of the materials was impressive; you can see they're using durable pieces that connect well, and it was great that they even showed me the difference between their products and the cheaper stuff at the big box stores. What really set them apart was that they actually cemented the posts in place – a much better approach than just setting them in the ground, which I’ve seen other installers do. The team was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing each day. They also cleaned up after themselves perfectly. And the best part was, they truly listened to my concerns and made sure I was completely happy with the final result, even walking the property with me afterward. Their communication was excellent too – they were really responsive to my calls and emails, understanding that I’m a busy person.   Honestly, I was really disappointed with my experience. As someone who understands the importance of good customer service, I went in to get a quote for a fence and was immediately turned away by a yard employee who gave a flimsy excuse about being too busy due to COVID. I was then told to call the office, but I left several messages and haven’t heard back after four weeks. It’s clear they don’t value their customers, so I can only give them one star. report abuse
