It was great that they took the time to sort out some confusing measurements on my deed and the surrounding properties – they clearly went to a lot of effort to get everything accurate.   “I was incredibly impressed with Eastern Chadrow Associates. From the start, they were punctual and did a thorough job surveying my property, clearly marking the boundaries with stakes and flags. What really stood out, though, was their outstanding customer service. About a month after the survey, Vincent called me personally to check in and see if I’d received the certification letter – that level of attention was truly remarkable. He was also incredibly responsive to my emails, usually getting back to me within an hour or two. Because a neighbor’s fence had encroached on my property, leading to a violation notice from the township, Eastern Chadrow went above and beyond, providing the additional information I needed, even two months after the original survey. They continued to be responsive and helpful throughout the entire process.   Eastern did a fantastic job surveying our property and setting us up for the fence installation. He and his crew clearly explained everything involved, and they took the time to walk us around the perimeter, pointing out all the boundary markers.   “I recently used this company after buying a house in Warrington, and I was really impressed. We needed a boundary survey done quickly to get a fence installed before we moved in, and they were fantastic. They were incredibly responsive – which is a huge plus, as not all contractors are! They managed to get us scheduled really early on and went the extra mile by meeting with the previous owner to do the survey before they left.   Overall, we had a fantastic experience working with Eastern Chadrow Assoc. Inc. They were incredibly responsive and professional, and everyone we dealt with was courteous and really seemed to understand our concerns about the property boundaries. They were very thorough with their measurements and offered helpful advice, even going above and beyond by providing extra boundary flags.
