  Al and Jon did a fantastic job installing our 34 solar panels. They were really communicative throughout the whole process, and they took the time to explain everything clearly.   Alex was absolutely fantastic – a true lifesaver! I had no idea my solar panels had stopped working until I was contacted by the California Energy Commission, and it turned out several installers I’d initially contacted had gone out of business. It was through a recommendation from one of them, Kevin from Intelligent Solar, that I connected with Alex, one of his electricians. Alex was incredibly reasonable with his pricing, especially considering the expertise he brought to the job. He quickly diagnosed the issue – a fried solar inverter caused by water damage – and, thankfully, it was still under warranty. The manufacturer sent a new inverter, and Alex came out to install it, even spending extra time troubleshooting with their technical support to get my panels back online. Beyond his technical skills, Alex was just a really great guy. He was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly thoughtful, even when he didn’t feel an annual diagnostic was strictly necessary, he was happy to schedule one for me. And the best part? While he was on my roof, he noticed a problem with my roof flashing and the old plumbing pipe was causing a leak in my attic – a smell was developing because of it. He pointed this out to me and now my plumber is working on fixing that too! I’m so pleased with the service I received and highly recommend Alex. report abuse

  “We had a really positive experience with AI & J Services. Back in the fall of 2022, we discovered some leaks in our roof, which we found were caused by our solar panel installation. Since our original installer had gone out of business, we reached out to several companies in Massachusetts, and SGE Group recommended AI & J Services to us. Jonathan and Alex were fantastic from the start – they quickly assessed the situation, provided a fair and transparent cost estimate for the removal and reinstallation of the panels, and worked closely with our roofer. They really went the extra mile, working weekends and late nights to minimize disruption to our energy production. Beyond just fixing the leaks, they also addressed issues and code violations left by the previous installer, and replaced some faulty components. Alex and Jonathan clearly take immense pride in their work and are dedicated to delivering top-quality solar installations.
