Honestly, the experience with getting a quote was incredibly frustrating. It took five days to submit our proposal, and we had to follow up with four separate phone calls just to get a simple email response. Worse still, they didn’t even bother to review it until it was past its due date, and they didn't provide a quote until days after we’d sent it. The lack of communication and basic courtesy was really disappointing—it felt like customer service at a fast-food restaurant.
