I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience here. This review isn’t about the food itself, but rather the shockingly unprofessional behavior of the office staff. I was immediately fired after raising concerns about their lack of tipping and the unreasonable demands they placed on my delivery schedule. I was carrying a significant amount of food – $250 worth – to fulfill a simple $5 delivery fee, and my coworker, who works the first Friday shift, is required to arrive an hour and fifteen minutes early to cater to their corporate account, costing them $800 at the end of the month. When I questioned why they didn’t tip, the receptionist responded by falsely accusing me of being rude and immediately reported me to corporate, resulting in my termination. It’s clear they prioritize saving a small amount of money over showing basic respect and empathy. It seems incredibly easy for them to criticize a hard-working delivery driver rather than offer a simple tip. I’ve been with this company for two years, and this entire situation is unacceptable. I truly believe the CEO and HR need to address this lack of professionalism and consider the impact it has on employees.

“Control Point was fantastic – they responded incredibly quickly to our urgent need for a surveyor. We had a critical project that was completely stalled until we got an accurate stakeout, and they were able to get someone on-site immediately.”
-
“Honestly, it seems like employers are pretty willing to hire anyone who can physically show up for work. They don’t seem to prioritize experience or skills much – just basic availability.”

It was a really lovely and calm experience.
