  “Overall, my experience with MDM was really frustrating. From the very beginning, it felt like they weren’t interested in our needs. I had to contact them multiple times – first by phone, then by email – just to get a response. While someone did eventually visit to discuss our requirements and promised to send us a proposal, we never actually received it, and we haven’t heard back since. It felt like we were completely ignored, and frankly, their lack of communication seriously undermined their professionalism. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using their services for survey work; their inability to follow through on even basic customer service is a major red flag.” report abuse
