  “I couldn’t be happier with the work Baker’s Waterproofing did on my garage and basement. Honestly, I’d had a terrible experience with a previous contractor – they were constantly unresponsive and seemed more interested in avoiding warranty work. From the moment Bryce came out to assess the situation, it was a completely different story. He took the time to really understand my needs and my budget, and he presented me with a solid, long-term solution instead of just the cheapest option. The team – Xander, Tay, and Terry – were fantastic too! They were incredibly courteous, hardworking, and went above and beyond, even helping with the cleanup and making sure everything looked perfect. They were dedicated to getting the job done right, and I really appreciated how they treated my home like their own.   “We recently had a water issue in our new basement, and we were so impressed with Bakers! We’d been looking at a few different companies, but Bakers really stood out. They were clearly the best choice. The whole team – from Jacob, our salesman who was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions, to Theron, Roger, and Gunner, the crew who did the work – were fantastic. They actually finished the project in just one day, which was amazing since we’d been initially told it would take two or three.   “I was in a really stressful situation – my home had some serious hidden foundation problems that started to appear shortly after we bought it. Baker’s was the only company that was able to handle everything we needed, from repairing the cracked footers and walls to installing a new drainage system. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive. A field inspector, Bob and Mike, came out quickly and they were thorough, explaining the issues clearly and honestly, even though it was a somewhat daunting diagnosis. They didn’t try to pressure us into anything, and they were patient and reassuring, especially with the added expense. The team who actually did the work – Colson, Norm, Travis, Matt, and Chacar – were fantastic. They were professional, polite, and worked incredibly fast, finishing the job three days ahead of schedule. They were also great at explaining what they were doing and answering all my questions. It’s clear they understand you’re dealing with a difficult situation, and they went above and beyond to ease my worries. I wouldn't choose to need their services again, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Baker’s to anyone.” report abuse

  Bob Liga was fantastic – he really took the time to understand our flooding problem after those recent storms. He was incredibly thorough and thoughtful, and he helped us figure out the best way to address it.   Justin did a really thorough job inspecting the property and clearly explained everything he found – he was very polite and professional throughout the process. We were disappointed not to secure financing, but we’ll definitely be in touch with him to schedule a follow-up as soon as we’re ready. report abuse

  I was so pleased with the foundation repair Baker’s Waterproofing did for me – truly a fantastic experience overall. The team, led by Xander, Dionte, Kasey, Gavin, and Gary, were just outstanding. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Xander, Dionte, and Kasey. They did an absolutely brilliant job with the repairs themselves; they were incredibly skilled, professional, and really took the time to make sure everything was perfect. What really stood out was how considerate they were – they were friendly, respectful, and kept me fully informed every step of the way, and they even cleaned up the work area better than it was before they started! It’s rare to find a team that combines such quality workmanship with such genuine care, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better crew.   I couldn’t be more thrilled with the work Baker’s Waterproofing did on my crawlspace! Honestly, it was a complete transformation. Before, it was a disaster – just a small window was visible, and all the old insulation was a mess, literally hanging down and covered in mold and a musty smell. But these guys – Cliff, Adam, and Bill – were amazing! They completely cleaned everything up, removing all the mold and old insulation, and left the space spotless. It was so refreshing to finally have a dry, clean crawlspace. They kept me updated the whole time, were incredibly professional, and cleaned up both inside and outside after the job was done. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and their friendly attitude made the whole experience so positive.   Matt and Chacar were absolutely fantastic – I was really impressed they managed to complete everything in just a half day! They were so polite and patient, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly, especially for my elderly parents, and they never seemed rushed.   Nathan did a really thorough job assessing my porch pillar – he was so patient and took the time to figure out what was going on. He was also completely honest with me, explaining that his company doesn’t handle rebuilding columns, but recommended the best course of action. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism, and I’ll definitely be calling Baker’s again if I need any more foundation work done. report abuse

  “Overall, the initial setup went really smoothly and quickly, which was fantastic. However, things became much more difficult once the project was fully operational. We’ve had some issues with the system and getting those resolved has been a real struggle. To add to that, scheduling our annual maintenance has been incredibly difficult – the company has repeatedly cancelled appointments without giving us advance notice.” report abuse
