“I hired Joe to sealcoat my driveway, and while he was friendly initially and provided a quote quickly, I unfortunately had a very negative experience. He assured me his price covered all the necessary preparation work, including pressure washing, but he only used a leaf blower and broom to clean the driveway. When I brought this up, he wasn’t responsive and insisted it was his normal procedure. Even worse, he completely missed the driveway, splashing sealant all over my garage door, siding, and retaining wall. Now, two weeks later, the sealant is already lifting in one of the cracks – clearly due to inadequate preparation. He’s been unresponsive when I’ve tried to get him to fix it, and it’s been a month with no resolution. I won't be using his services again, and I wouldn't recommend him. Plus, I’ve noticed that whatever product he uses leaves a black residue tracking all through my house, which is incredibly frustrating. To add to this, he falsely claimed to have been working on my driveway on the day I initially contacted him – he seems to have forgotten I have security cameras.”

“Overall, we were really disappointed with the work Valley Seal Coat did on our parking lot. The striping quality was subpar, and we had significant issues with paint overspray around our handicap sign, as well as tape that remained on the ground for weeks after they finished. What really concerned us, though, was their lack of responsiveness; they didn’t take responsibility when we raised our concerns over the phone and actually hung up on us. It’s clear you get what you pay for, and their quote being lower than the competition likely reflects the quality of their work.”

“Joe was really great – he came the next day to give me an estimate, offered a good price, and then he actually did the job the day after that. He was super efficient and got the whole driveway sealed in just a couple of hours. I’m really happy with the work!”

“I’d used them a few years back and was happy with the service then. However, I’ve been trying to get a quote or even just hear back from them for the last two years, and it’s completely unresponsive. It seems like they’ve gotten too busy to care about their existing customers, so I’m going to take my business elsewhere.”

“Overall, we were really pleased with Valley Seal Coat. They did a fantastic job on our driveway – the quality was great – and they were incredibly efficient, completing the work in just under a week from the initial estimate. Plus, the price was really good, and the service was top-notch.”

“I was so impressed with Joe and his team – they provided fantastic service and kept me really well-informed throughout the whole process. When the initial sealant job was affected by the rain, Joe went above and beyond, returning immediately with a guarantee of satisfaction and re-coating the driveway. I’ll definitely be using Valley Seal Coat for any future needs!”

“Honestly, I really regret not trusting my initial feeling about this contractor. It took me days to even get a call back for a simple quote, and he seemed to make an excuse for everything – blaming a lack of reliable workers and crew firings. When he finally arrived, he insisted on only accepting cash or checks, which is completely outdated in today’s world. We were hoping for the 2% cash back reward! The driveway looked decent for a few days, but then we quickly noticed the seal coat was failing and the cracks were already opening up. Now, we get black footprints tracking rain into our garage every time we walk out of the driveway. I tried repeatedly to get Joe to address this, but he never even showed up. After all my attempts to contact him, I’ve just given up. It’s a terrible experience, and I warned my neighbors about it – they thankfully saw the quality of the work for themselves. We will absolutely not be using his services again.”

I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience. The worker arrived 25 minutes late and, frankly, didn’t do a proper job. He power washed and applied a sealant, but then he managed to track dirt onto our driveway and didn’t address any cracks or damage in the asphalt. His explanation – that just adding another coat of sealant would fix the problem – was completely inadequate and didn’t align with advice I received from other companies. We stopped him from returning after expressing our concerns about the lack of repair work, but now he’s demanding more money for a job he didn't complete and is threatening to damage our property if we don’t pay up.

“I’ve been consistently impressed with Valley Seal – I’ve used it for years and every application has been fantastic. The price is really good, and Joe does a great job. He’s got the right equipment and experience to handle jobs of any size, from small driveways to big parking lots. I wholeheartedly recommend him!”

“I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. Last summer, they applied seal coating to our driveway, but it completely failed this spring – the coating just peeled off in large patches. After contacting them about it, I was given a lot of excuses about a bad batch from their supplier, and was told to expect a call this week. However, I haven’t heard from them at all; I’ve left two voicemails that haven’t been returned, and their voicemail is full. I even went to their location on Williwaw Way, and no one there seemed to know anything about Valley Seal Coat. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re no longer in business, but I strongly advise anyone considering using them to steer clear.”
