“I was really impressed with Joe and his team – they provided fantastic service and kept me updated throughout the whole process. When the initial coating was affected by the rain, Joe went above and beyond, returning with a guarantee of satisfaction and completely re-coated the driveway. I’m definitely going to use Valley Seal Coat again!”

“Honestly, I really regret not trusting my initial instincts when I had to wait days to get a simple quote. The contractor, Joe, seemed to make an excuse for everything – issues with his crew and even firings. Then, when he finally arrived, he insisted on only taking cash and checks, which is completely outdated. We were hoping for a little cash back, you know? The driveway looked decent for a few days, but it quickly deteriorated; the seal coat started washing away and cracks were appearing immediately. Now, every time it rains, I have black footprints tracking all over my garage. I tried contacting Joe repeatedly to address this, but he never showed up. After so many unanswered calls, I’ve just given up. It’s made me warn my neighbors away from using his services – they’d seen the driveway for themselves and knew it was a bad deal. I definitely won’t be using his services again.”

Honestly, I’d give this contractor a zero if I could. He was 25 minutes late, and his work was incredibly sloppy. He power washed and cleaned the driveway, then proceeded to drive his truck onto it, scattering dirt and debris. He just applied a single coat of sealant without addressing the existing cracks and damage. Despite my concerns about this, and the fact that other companies advised him to properly repair the asphalt, he just marked the job as complete. After settling on a price, I specifically asked him not to return, given my concerns about the lack of proper asphalt repair. Now, he’s demanding more money for a job he didn’t actually finish, and is threatening to damage our driveway if we don’t pay up. It’s a completely unacceptable situation.

“I’ve been really pleased with Valley Seal – I’ve used it for years and every application has been fantastic. The price is great too! Joe does a wonderful job, he’s got all the right equipment and knows his stuff, so he’s been able to handle everything from my driveway to larger parking lots. I definitely recommend him.”

I’m incredibly disappointed with the driveway sealing service we used. Last summer, they applied the coating, but this spring after the snow melted, it just peeled off in huge chunks. I contacted them about it last week, and they offered a really flimsy excuse about a bad batch from their supplier – and then they completely ignored my follow-up calls and voicemails. I drove to their location and no one even knew who they were! Honestly, I wouldn’t trust this company at all. If you’re looking for a reliable driveway coating, steer clear – you’re better off finding someone else.

“They did a fantastic job and the prices were really great. I was really impressed that they not only completed the two driveways we originally scheduled, but also stepped in and took care of another neighbor’s driveway on the same day – that’s fantastic customer service!”
