“Honestly, the construction in Valley seems completely driven by profit, with a lot of contractors just trying to rush things and make as much money as possible. There’s a real lack of oversight, and the quality of the work just doesn't seem to be a priority. When you dig into a renovation, you quickly realize the standards are really quite low.”
