Eric was absolutely fantastic – he went above and beyond to ensure we were completely comfortable with our new camera and security system. “I was really concerned when my son’s bike was stolen from the Carrs store – they have security patrols there. It was incredibly frustrating that the security guard was actually sleeping while a bike was left unattended, and then to make matters worse, I repeatedly tried to contact the company to report it, but I never got through. I had to step in myself to try and get things moving.”

Overall, it seems like a really positive experience. The company clearly prioritizes employee safety and has a relaxed approach to documenting incidents – which I appreciated. I also found them to be helpful, specifically when I needed assistance finding the elevator at the GCI building.
