“I really enjoyed my experience at this shop – I’d definitely recommend it! The staff were fantastic, and the prices for repairs were really good. The shop itself is lovely, both inside and out, and they have a great selection of equipment too.”

“I was looking to buy a snowblower and was pretty disappointed with my experience. The prices seemed significantly higher than what I’d seen online, so I checked the manufacturer’s suggested retail price – and they were all well above that. To make matters worse, no salesperson offered assistance, and I wasn’t informed about any discounts for military personnel or cash buyers. Overall, the customer service wasn't great and the prices felt a little inflated.”

“I absolutely loved working with Robert at Jewel Equipment. We recently got a fantastic 9.5 wide plow with wings and LED lights installed on our F350, and I wholeheartedly recommend them!”

“I’m really disappointed with my experience. I took my snowblower in for service twice, spending over $400 total, and it hasn't resolved anything. The first visit involved them simply pouring new gas into it and charging me over $150 for that. They didn’t actually do any repairs or maintenance. Then, after picking it up last Tuesday, it stopped working completely by Friday, and now it won’t even start. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend spending your money here. Plus, there was a mistake – my name is spelled incorrectly on the invoice.”

“I was really pleased with the service I received. They installed a new plow for me, and although the disconnect stopped working after about ten days, they quickly resolved the issue by replacing a faulty electric module while I was there. The technicians were great, and I’m very happy with the plow itself.”

I had a really frustrating experience with this repair shop. I dropped off my snowblower in late December and was initially told it would take about 10 days to fix. However, I didn’t hear back and after two weeks, I was told parts were on order. While I understood delays happen, I never received any updates and over the next three months, I had to call repeatedly with no one ever getting back to me. Ultimately, the repair cost me over $500 – $100 in parts and $400+ in labor – and it was a brand-new machine that originally cost $1,000. I could have easily bought a new one for less! The biggest issue was the extended timeframe; my snowblower was out of commission for nearly four months with no communication or apology. Now, I won’t even be able to fully assess the repairs until next winter, and frankly, the whole process was incredibly disappointing and felt completely unprofessional.

“I was really disappointed with my experience trying to buy a lawn tractor from this place. I was looking for a Husqvarna with the triple bag system and snow blade, and I was prepared to pay cash, but they significantly inflated the price and added a ridiculous $200 delivery charge that took two weeks to complete – from Wasilla to Palmer! It felt incredibly unprofessional and like they weren’t willing to provide basic service. Honestly, the whole situation was just poor customer service. I ended up finding a local lawn care company who could handle the delivery and I hired them instead. It’s a shame because I wanted to support local businesses, but their lack of responsiveness and inflated pricing made it impossible.”

“I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. The equipment rental side seemed okay, but the warranty service was absolutely terrible. I had a generator with them for almost a year, and when I finally got it back, it was in shockingly poor condition – like it had been abused and was barely functioning. To make matters worse, management dismissed my concerns and were incredibly unprofessional, bordering on disrespectful, even resorting to inappropriate language with the police officer who had to intervene. Thankfully, Generac stepped in and provided a replacement generator, which was a much-needed positive outcome after that frustrating ordeal. I did manage to fix the original generator myself with a small part I’d purchased.”

“Overall, we’ve had a really positive experience with Snow & Lawn Equipment – consistently good service and equipment.”

“I’ve been really disappointed with my experience purchasing from them. I bought a lawn mower in July, and unfortunately, it broke down within a month. Despite multiple calls and promises of a repair, it’s still not fixed as of December. It’s frustrating because I keep getting different explanations and no one seems to be following through. I understand winter equipment is a priority now, but it’s been months since my mower first broke, and I'm looking for some resolution.”
