  “We’ve been really impressed with this company – they’re the ones the Mat-Su Borough uses for road maintenance and snow removal around here, and they’re fantastic!   “I just wanted to give a huge thanks to this company! I had a problem and they were absolutely fantastic. Tyler and Tucker handled it so quickly and efficiently – they really turned a frustrating situation into a positive one for everyone involved, including about 30 other people.   I wouldn’t recommend using this company. Frankly, I wouldn't consider hiring them after observing some incredibly concerning behavior. I witnessed their crew driving recklessly – speeding well over 90 on the Glenn Highway, weaving lanes, ignoring turn signals, and tailgating. Because of this blatant disregard for safety, I would never allow them onto one of my job sites. report abuse

  “I just wanted to express how incredibly grateful we are for one of your team members. He really went above and beyond – he took the time to clear the snowdrifts at the end of our driveway after the plow passed through, and even helped my son. It was such a small act of kindness, but my son was absolutely thrilled and talked about it non-stop that night.   Honestly, I was really disappointed with this service. The drivers were aggressive, and the dispatchers were just as unpleasant. I asked for a simple favor that shouldn’t have taken more than a couple of minutes, and they completely brushed me off, telling me it was my responsibility to sort it out. report abuse

  “We’ve received numerous complaints about the drivers’ speed on the neighborhood dirt roads, and unfortunately, the company’s response has been that they’re unable to reduce their speed further. It’s concerning that they don’t seem to have transmissions capable of handling those conditions, and the dismissive language used in addressing the concerns is unacceptable.” report abuse

  “I’d really appreciate it if you could avoid piling the snow in my driveway when you’re plowing. It’s a big issue for me – I’m almost 70 and have a bad back, and when the snow gets pushed onto the drive, it completely blocks a portion of it, forcing me to shovel it out.” report abuse
