  I was really frustrated with my experience. I scheduled a fence quote and when the appointment time arrived, I only heard from them once – ten minutes late – and were told someone would be there shortly. Unfortunately, we waited nearly an hour with no contact and didn’t receive any updates or let us know if they were going to be able to make it. It was incredibly inconvenient and unprofessional. report abuse

  “I initially got in touch with this company through a referral from another fence company. They quoted me on a gate and hardware, but warned me it would take some time to prepare. Unfortunately, there was a bit of confusion around my order, and I wasn't entirely sure it was being processed. However, they quickly realized the issue and went above and beyond to deliver the gate themselves – it turned out to be a simple oversight on their part, and I really appreciated their willingness to fix it.” report abuse

  “I encountered some difficulty getting in touch with the company. I repeatedly tried calling but kept getting an error message about a full message box.
