  “We were really pleased with Door Tech – they quickly and efficiently replaced the broken spring on our double garage door. We’d actually added some wood cladding, which had slightly increased the weight, and they took that into account. They even went the extra mile to weigh the door themselves to make sure the right upgraded springs were installed. Honestly, we’d done DIY spring replacements before, but the price was competitive enough that we didn’t hesitate to have them do it. And it wasn’t just the service – they followed up a couple of weeks later with an unrelated issue and were back the next day to sort it out, which was fantastic.” report abuse

  “I was really impressed with Door Tech LLC! They were incredibly helpful and got the job done the same day, which was fantastic. I’d been getting quotes from other garage door companies and expected prices to be similar, but their price was surprisingly affordable – especially considering they handled all the shipping costs for getting a spring to Alaska (which, let’s be honest, a lot of places don’t even do!). When I realized the spring size wasn’t standard, they were able to convert it for the same price as the installation, which was half of what other companies quoted. They were professional, serviced the moving parts, and the whole experience was just top-notch.   Door Tech, LLC in Palmer, AK, has completely exceeded our expectations! We purchased our garage door from them about three years ago, and we’ve been thrilled with the quality and service. Recently, we had them install windows in our hangar door, and they did a fantastic job. We even added a few more windows ourselves, and they seamlessly swapped them out for us. What really stood out was their incredible customer service – the office manager went above and beyond, even arranging for someone to deliver the new windows to our car! My wife had a completely different experience after dealing with another provider who wasn’t delivering. We’d had some frustrating issues, but we’ve had three amazing experiences with them since.
