  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. They’ve incorrectly billed me a significant amount – over $100 – that my insurance should have covered. It seems a new employee made a mistake setting up the service without properly explaining the costs to our insurance company, resulting in them now threatening to send me to collections. Frankly, it’s unacceptable that they’re pursuing this despite the error being entirely their own. I never agreed to pay this extra fee, and I’m extremely frustrated with their lack of willingness to simply write it off or work with me on a payment plan. I strongly advise against using this company – their handling of this issue was completely unprofessional. report abuse
