  “Overall, the plumbers did a good job replacing my faucet – they were friendly and professional. However, I was really taken aback by the final bill of $293 for just two hours of work. It seemed much higher than I expected, especially considering the initial conversation. I realize now I missed a line on the Scope of Work form where a bid of $220 was listed, but I felt misled by the way the initial question about pricing was handled. A clearer explanation of the pricing structure, perhaps with a reference to the form’s bid, would have been much appreciated.
