  Henry is a truly reliable and dedicated professional. I’ve had the pleasure of working with him on several occasions, and he’s consistently impressed me with his punctuality and meticulous attention to detail. Most recently, we encountered a tricky installation issue, and Henry went above and beyond to resolve it – he even researched the problem extensively, including consulting manuals and contacting the manufacturer. He not only fixed the issue, but also provided incredibly detailed notes to prevent it from recurring.   “Overall, the plumbers did a good job replacing my faucet – they were polite and efficient. However, I was really frustrated with the billing. I was quoted a flat rate, but the final bill came to $293 for just two hours of work, plus a $10 part. Looking back, I realize I missed a line on the initial paperwork that stated a bid of $220. Honestly, the way Henry presented the initial quote – just saying ‘I’ll send you a bid’ – felt a little misleading, and I should have asked for clarification. Moving forward, it would be great if the pricing was clearer upfront, so there’s no confusion about how things are going to cost.” report abuse
