“I can’t recommend Wolverine enough! After the 2018 earthquake, they completely rebuilt my house, and the quality of their work was outstanding. They were incredibly professional, respectful, and kept things moving along efficiently. What really impressed me was their willingness to collaborate – they took the time to discuss my ideas and offered fantastic suggestions to really enhance the look of the house. As a woman working with a mostly male team, I felt completely comfortable and valued throughout the whole process. The photos show a beautiful blend of my vision and their expertise – truly a fantastic job!”

“We were absolutely thrilled with the work Wolverine did for us. They handled a massive earthquake damage project – including extensive foundation repairs and a nearly complete remodel – with incredible professionalism and efficiency. Brad and Trevor, who were our main contacts, were fantastic; they were a real pleasure to work with and I wholeheartedly recommend Wolverine to anyone needing a reliable general contractor.”

“We had a really difficult experience with this company after the 2018 earthquake. They were brought in to repair damage to a neighboring two-family townhouse, and unfortunately, their approach completely disrupted our lives. While their neighbors’ half of the shared fence was significantly damaged – sinking a foot or more due to a poorly filled riverbed – our side only experienced a minor issue, with just a few inches of settling. Despite this, they insisted on installing helical piers on our property, seemingly to bring our house up to the level of the neighbors’ work, even though our foundation was solid. What was incredibly concerning was their aggressive tactics. They trespassed onto our property, accessing it through a gate they opened, and then, without any proper inspection of our own land, they tagged our property with a dated notice, demanding we level our house. They then proceeded to cause extensive damage to our home, including splitting our living room wall, cracking multiple rooms of drywall, and completely destroying our tile work. It felt like they were trying to force a high-cost repair on our property based on the neighbors’ damage, and we were pressured to sign a document preventing us from pursuing any claims for the resulting damage. It was a deeply frustrating and unsettling experience, particularly given their methods and the disregard for our home and family.”
