“I can’t recommend Wolverine enough! After the 2018 earthquake, they completely rebuilt my house, and the quality of their work was outstanding. They were incredibly professional, respectful, and kept to their timeline perfectly. What really stood out was their willingness to collaborate – the team really listened to my ideas and offered fantastic suggestions to enhance the house’s design. As a woman working with a mostly male crew, I felt completely comfortable and valued throughout the entire process. The pictures show a beautiful blend of my vision and their expertise – truly a fantastic result!”

“We were so incredibly pleased with Wolverine’s work on our recent project – it was a really extensive job involving significant earthquake damage and a near-full remodel. Brad and Trevor, who were our main contacts, were fantastic; they were professional, reliable, and truly went above and beyond. The whole team at Wolverine was a pleasure to work with, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing a general contractor.”

We were incredibly frustrated with the entire experience of having helical piers installed after the earthquake damage repairs. Our neighbors, living in a similar two-family townhouse, used their $350,000 insurance payout to address damage caused by the quake, and while their side was significantly affected – sinking a foot or more – our situation was much less severe, with only a few inches of settling in one corner. However, this company insisted on treating our property as if it were equally damaged, leading to a completely unnecessary and damaging process. They started by trespassing onto our yard through a gate they opened, and then, without any actual inspection of our property, they tagged our house with an inspection notice dating back months. They then proceeded to drastically alter our home, splitting our living room wall, cracking drywall throughout, and causing significant damage to our fireplace and shower area – all while forcing us to apply for FEMA funding to cover the cost of these piers. It felt like they were trying to strong-arm us into accepting damage they hadn't even verified. The fact that they presented us with a non-disclosure agreement, preventing us from pursuing any claims related to the damage they caused, was particularly concerning. Ultimately, they essentially leveled our house to a height that’s inconsistent with its construction, and we’re left with thousands of dollars in damages that weren’t necessary and were caused by their aggressive and inappropriate behavior.
