I’m really disappointed with the service I received. I took my car in to have a small windshield crack repaired, but the technician didn’t actually fix it. When I checked the repair afterward, there was no resin used at all, and the windshield was still dirty. It’s clear they didn’t attempt to repair the damage, and I’ll be contacting my insurance company to file a complaint.

Overall, this team is fantastic. They consistently deliver excellent service and are incredibly reliable – always busy but managing to get things done really efficiently.

“Overall, I was really pleased with the windshield replacement – they did a fantastic job! However, they ran into a snag getting the car calibrated afterward, which was a bit inconvenient. The roads were pretty bad with all the recent snow, and it seemed the system just couldn’t handle it. I’ll need to bring the car back again, but the service itself was good. It was a tight fit in the waiting area with my kids and another person, and I think a bigger lobby would be nice, along with some snacks, drinks, and a TV to keep everyone entertained.”

The service was fantastic – really friendly and they kept me well-informed throughout the whole process.

Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on the text: “I was really frustrated with my recent appointment at Speedy Glass. It was originally scheduled three weeks ago, but they didn’t have the correct glass, which caused a three-week delay. Then, even after a one-week extension, they still didn’t have it, and I drove over there myself because I hadn’t received any updates. To add to the issue, I’d used a promo code for my initial appointment, but it wasn't applied when I scheduled the second one – I ended up having to pay an extra $80. Honestly, I’m not sure what went wrong, as I’ve had good experiences with them in the past, though they are quite expensive. Thanks for taking the time to read this; I hope others have better luck.”

“I had a really bad chip in my windshield, and the team at this place handled everything so smoothly through my insurance. I really appreciated them letting me know about some nearby shops too – it was super helpful. Everyone I interacted with was fantastic – professional, friendly, and really knowledgeable, explaining how to prevent further damage. They walked me through everything and I’ll definitely be going back to them for any future needs. Highly recommend!”

“The team did a fantastic job on my truck! I arrived just a few minutes early, and they got right to work. They completely resolved the initial issue in under 20 minutes, and it’s stayed fixed – even with driving in freezing temperatures and then being parked in a warmer garage. While the patch isn’t perfectly seamless, it’s significantly improved and hasn’t spread at all since. Everyone was also really friendly and easy to talk to.”

Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on that feedback: “I was really disappointed with my recent experience. I dropped off my car and was informed they couldn’t replace the windshield as originally agreed. Upon picking it up, the car had a very strong Taco Bell smell and, shockingly, had taco toppings on the passenger seat leather. I brought this to the manager’s attention, but was told they use seat covers and that’s the source of the mess. Frankly, I don't eat in my car, so I found that explanation completely unacceptable. It’s concerning that my vehicle was left in such a condition, and I’m questioning how this happened and whether someone used the car as a break room.”
-
“I got a quote for around $900 to replace my car window, which seemed really high. I went to Speedy Glass and they gave me a much better quote of just $150. Based on that experience, I’d definitely recommend steering clear of Safelite.”

“I’ve been really disappointed with my experience with this place. I had a window ding repaired, but the job was so bad it just kept getting worse. Then, a year later, when I needed a new windshield due to insurance, I couldn’t even get through to a real person – just endless automated messages that disconnected. Honestly, it was a huge hassle. Driving to Novus in Anchorage was a much simpler and ultimately better experience.”
