    I’m really disappointed with the service I received. I took my car in to have a small windshield crack repaired, but the technician didn’t actually fix it. When I checked the repair afterward, there was no resin used at all, and the windshield was still dirty. It’s clear they didn’t attempt to repair the damage, and I’ll be contacting my insurance company to file a complaint. report abuse

    “Overall, I was really pleased with the windshield replacement – they did a fantastic job! However, they ran into a snag getting the car calibrated afterward, which was a bit inconvenient. The roads were pretty bad with all the recent snow, and it seemed the system just couldn’t handle it. I’ll need to bring the car back again, but the service itself was good. It was a tight fit in the waiting area with my kids and another person, and I think a bigger lobby would be nice, along with some snacks, drinks, and a TV to keep everyone entertained.” report abuse
