  Ray’s initial proposal was quite demanding – he wanted over half the total cost, specifically $4,000 upfront, once the trees were actually cut down. Then, he requested an additional $480 to cover the tree cutters’ fees, *before* any clearing or hauling work had even begun. It seemed he was handling everything himself. report abuse
