“The installation was somewhat challenging. The cables provided were too short, requiring us to splice them with existing wires – and unfortunately, we had to do it again to properly connect the solar panel circuit. This resulted in some costly copper cables needing multiple splices. We’ve also been waiting for an estimate on lithium iron batteries six months after requesting them.”
