They tackled a huge, leaning cottonwood tree – it was incredible! I especially appreciated that the lead arborist took the time to train the crew; it was great to see such a knowledgeable professional sharing his expertise.   “I hired Gage Tree Service to remove trees from my property, but I specifically instructed them not to touch my roof – I had another company already handling the tarping. Despite my clear instructions, they insisted on putting a tarp on my damaged roof, even placing broken boards on top of it without proper securing. When I arrived, there it was. I called to complain, and I was shocked to learn the owner had personally told them to do it! I was then billed $600 for this work I hadn’t requested. To be fair, the owner did mention they’d traveled to Florida after Hurricane Michael and provided receipts, which was appreciated.” report abuse
