  “I’m incredibly frustrated with this company. They’ve caused me a huge amount of trouble with billing errors – it seems like they’re constantly rejecting charges, leading to me being billed for services that weren't even performed. I ended up paying double for my trash pickup, and the customer service is terrible; I was stuck in endless voicemail loops. To top it off, they didn’t even bother to pick up my dumpster when I moved, and I was still charged for a month after confirming everything was settled. Honestly, if you're going to charge for a service, you need to actually provide it. This company is a complete rip-off – stick with the red bins, not these green ones.” report abuse

  “Just a quick note – we’ve noticed the address listed is a little off. It’s actually located on Wasilla-Fishhook Road, not Polar Bear Drive. Also, could you please double-check your listing on Google and update the location on Google Maps? Currently, it’s directing people to the middle of the Grizzly Bear and Polar Bear intersection, and it’s automatically changing the address to 3899 Grizzly Bear – this is causing some confusion for customers.” report abuse

He really went the extra mile – I was walking my two-year-old to daycare in the rain and had accidentally left my bin out, and he noticed right away. He actually drove around the whole block to let me get it out for him.   “I used their service for three weeks, and unfortunately, they missed several pickups. After switching to a more affordable service, they sent me a final bill for $150, claiming they charged me $14 for each extra bag beyond what was included in their standard service. The team at the office is fantastic and really professional, and Marcella has been amazing, always taking care of me quickly and knowing my name. The drivers are okay, but not the most stylish!
