  Honestly, this was a terrible experience. The work done by Markarian Construction was completely unprofessional and left us with significant problems. The original contractor, Eric Markarian, hasn’t held a valid GC license since 2016, and they never properly secured permission to work on our land. They used a large excavator on our property, and Markarian simply disappeared for two months while relying on other permits—apparently using them with complete disregard for the land's geology. Then, Markarian started yelling at us during phone calls. It was unbelievably frustrating, and after all this time, we still haven’t heard anything. Don’t believe anything you’re told – the owner, Brian V., is the same person as Eric Markarian, and you need to speak with him directly. report abuse
