  Honestly, my experience with this company has been really frustrating. I started working with them back in the summer of 2016, and it’s now November, and I’m still waiting for a quote. I contacted the installer repeatedly to schedule the installation, but I kept getting the runaround – they just told me to find someone else. It felt like a complete waste of my time. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience. As a small minority-owned business in Watertown, I felt completely disregarded and unfairly targeted. When I arrived at the gate, I was immediately stopped and asked to back away, simply because I was a minority business owner. A white employee then proceeded directly into the office without a mask, which felt incredibly dismissive and discriminatory. Honestly, it’s upsetting and unacceptable, and I won’t be returning. report abuse
