Tim was fantastic – he really stepped up when we had that major damage to the plant and power lines, which unfortunately knocked out all our electricity. He was already on-site by 6:30 am the next morning, and thankfully had both a primary and a contingency plan ready to go. It was clear he was prepared and proactive, and we really appreciated his quick response.
