“I was really impressed with Mr. Marcoux’s service. He returned my call on a Sunday, which was fantastic, and he was actually at my house the next morning to address the urgent heating problem. He explained everything clearly, got the repair done really quickly, and was just a really courteous and considerate guy. I’ll absolutely be calling him for any plumbing or heating needs in the future.”

-
Honestly, it felt like a really frustrating situation, and I think things could have gone smoother.
-
“I reached out multiple times – both by phone and email – but unfortunately, I didn’t receive any response.”

Okay, here’s a natural-sounding rewrite of “No reply to message”: “Unfortunately, I didn’t receive a response to my message.”
-
They arrived right on schedule.
