I was really disappointed with the service I received recently. I called about an issue with my hot water heater, and the technician seemed completely lost. He initially drove off and then returned saying he wasn’t sure he was at the right address, even though the number was clearly on the mailbox. He just took some notes about the furnace without actually inspecting it. After nearly forty-five minutes, I was charged for travel time, totaling $144 – a ridiculous amount considering what happened. I didn't even receive a receipt, and I was just told one would be mailed to me. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
