From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly professional and took the time to explain every step of the process, patiently answering all of our questions. We especially want to commend Steve Tolzman, our project manager. He was truly dedicated, expertly organizing and scheduling everything, and he really paid attention to detail. He kept us constantly updated and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done to the highest possible standard. And Derek, who managed the mitigation work, was fantastic too – he was so knowledgeable, always responded quickly to our messages, and he regularly checked in on things at our home.   Honestly, dealing with my mom’s house was a huge undertaking, and it was in pretty rough shape. But the team from Paul Davis were absolutely fantastic. They tackled everything – the clutter, the water damage – with such a positive attitude and incredible work ethic. We’d initially gone with another mitigation company, but they unfortunately didn’t deliver and were quite unprofessional, so we reached out to Paul Davis for a second opinion. From the moment we contacted them, it was a completely different experience. We were kept informed every step of the way, and Manuel and his team did an absolutely fantastic job.   “I just wanted to share my experience with Paul Davis after a really stressful situation. We had a plumbing issue while we were out of town that resulted in a significant flood, and thankfully, they responded incredibly quickly. Within two hours, the room and surrounding areas were flooded. We contacted our insurance agent first thing at 8:00 am, and Acuity Insurance contacted Paul Davis within half an hour to start the mitigation process. The team, led by Derek, was fantastic – fast, professional, and really caring throughout the whole process. They replaced a lot of flooring and wallpaper, and Mark was especially helpful in resolving some issues with the subcontractors. Natasha did a wonderful job with the packing and unpacking, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better team. I would absolutely recommend Paul Davis and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.” report abuse
