  “I was so relieved when Geirsten responded so quickly to my roof leak – I’d called several companies and they were the only ones who seemed to truly understand the urgency. What really stood out was how patient and sympathetic Anthony DeNovo was; he took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel like a valued customer, which was incredibly important given the stressful situation. He even checked in on the progress of the work himself, and they managed to completely replace my roof in a single day with fantastic quality. Honestly, their prices were great too.   “I can’t say enough good things about Giertsen Restoration! When we experienced the devastating flood in Burlington in July 2017, they were absolutely incredible. Being that all the restoration companies were so busy, they were thankfully so prompt and attentive, not just to me, but also my father-in-law who was just 15 minutes away with a similar situation. They arrived the same day and quickly got the water out of our basement and moved all my belongings to my garage. What really stood out was how involved they were – they kept me fully informed about what they were seeing and what could be saved. They even managed to save my carpet in the finished basement and left equipment to dry it. After they left, we lost power, and the next day they were right back there to remove the carpet. They also helped us coordinate with other contractors to get our drywall, paint, and flooring fixed up – which was so important given we were expecting a baby and on a really tight timeline.   “I was absolutely shocked and overwhelmed when a drunk driver smashed through my garage and into my house. I didn’t know where to turn, but these guys were fantastic.
