  Honestly, I was really drawn to these homes and the quality of the construction, and the team was fantastic. However, I’ve revisited my initial review after looking at a few other builders, and I need to be upfront – the pricing was a significant concern. Initially, the prices seemed very competitive, but it quickly became clear that they didn’t include essential things like HVAC systems and grading. When you factor in those extras, and seeing how other companies offered similar “turnkey” projects at a more reasonable price, it became obvious that this company was considerably more expensive. While I genuinely appreciated the craftsmanship and the people involved, I just couldn't justify the final cost. report abuse

  “I’m really disappointed with this company. The roof has started to fail after only 14 years, which is far too short considering it was installed with 35-year shingles. When I contacted them about the issue, they immediately suggested I sue them – it felt like they were trying to shift the blame. Apparently, they originally used a lower-quality shingle, and now I’m stuck dealing with the repairs. It seems they prioritized cost over durability.” report abuse

  “Unfortunately, we weren’t able to get the specific information we needed due to access restrictions – they don’t allow visitors to see the models. The person we contacted was also out on vacation, which wasn’t ideal, but I don’t want to put blame on him. However, I was able to take a look at the factory floor itself.” report abuse
