It’s clear that Arkitektura’s standards are set by the quality of their people. We were particularly impressed with their deep knowledge of the project and how seamlessly they worked with the City of Teague, the Texas Water Development Board, and FEMA. Any questions we had were answered quickly and completely. And the subcontractors – they were absolutely outstanding, working tirelessly, often through really tough conditions.   “I was absolutely blown away by Ark’s work on our house at Clear Lake. They lifted our entire house – a massive undertaking – and it’s been seven months since they finished, and I haven’t noticed a single crack in any of the floors or sheetrock, which is incredible. There was a minor issue with a pool pipe due to the heavy pounding involved, but Ark and my pool contractor quickly and efficiently took care of it. It was clear they had to go pretty deep to install the support blocks, considering how far below the water table they were working. What really stood out was their team – Phillip Contreras, the owner, has an outstanding crew. Sean, the construction manager, was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and Hugo was fantastic as our liaison with the subcontractors. They worked through some really tough weather conditions – rain and heat – and were always so respectful. Honestly, I'm still amazed at the quality of their work, and I would absolutely use Ark again.” report abuse

  “I was incredibly impressed with the work this team did. They raised our house a fantastic 12 feet and did it with a real level of professionalism – they were incredibly organized, always responsive to our questions, and kept the site spotless. The foundation they built was outstanding; it was perfectly level, incredibly smooth, and had absolutely no cracks. I particularly want to recommend them; they didn’t try to add on any unnecessary services, but I think it’s worth discussing with them whether raising the house a few feet would make more sense to accommodate our garage doors, and also exploring the possibility of installing horizontal steel beams to open up the space under the house.” report abuse

From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and took the time to explain everything to me. The team was fantastic, always organized and friendly, and it was great knowing there was always a clear point of contact on the job site. They even used their own team, so it was never confusing who was doing what.
