From start to finish, the entire team – Phillip, Beth, Cody, Hugo, Sean, Louis, and Daryl – were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and we really appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to answer all of our questions. Beyond the fantastic team, Arkitektura’s deep knowledge of the project and their collaborative approach with the City of Teague, Jeff Ward, the Texas Water Development Board, and FEMA was outstanding. The subcontractors they brought in were absolutely phenomenal – hardworking, polite, and dedicated, often working long hours, even on weekends. They also expertly translated our design ideas into a reality. Honestly, we don’t have a single regret about choosing Arkitektura.   “I was incredibly impressed with Ark’s work lifting our house on Clear Lake. It was a massive undertaking, and seven months later, I haven’t noticed any cracks in the floors or walls – which is a huge relief! We did have a minor issue with a pool pipe due to the vibrations, but Ark and my pool contractor handled it quickly and professionally. It seemed like they had to work below the water table, and their crews were fantastic; they worked through some really tough weather conditions and were always incredibly respectful. Phillip Contreras, the owner, clearly has a really strong team – Sean, the construction manager, was particularly knowledgeable and experienced, and Hugo was a great point of contact with the subcontractors.
