  Cory and Arron did a fantastic job wiring our new pole building. They were both incredibly prompt and professional, working closely with my builder and quickly getting the work done to a really high standard. I especially appreciated Arron’s flexibility – he was able to accommodate a last-minute change we needed, and he even came back to finish the job and get the final inspection completed just in time for us to travel out of state for Thanksgiving.   I was so pleased with Block Electric – they really stood out. From the initial phone call, the team was incredibly knowledgeable and refreshingly honest. Our electrician, Bruce, was fantastic. He arrived on time, was incredibly professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue with our electrical system. What really impressed me was how he followed up; he waited patiently for the power company to confirm their mistake after they initially told us it was our fault. It was a really great experience, and the price was very reasonable.   “I had a really frustrating electrical issue – one wall in my house just stopped working, and I checked all the breakers and couldn’t find anything wrong. Luckily, my friend and neighbor, Mark Leasher from Leasher Electric, recommended Block Electric to me – he said they were fantastic. Brenda at Block Electric scheduled Corey Block to come take a look, and both she and Corey were just wonderful.   Overall, I had a really positive experience with their service and their prices were definitely fair. The only thing holding them back from a perfect rating was the scheduling process. When I called last week to book an appointment, the receptionist just said they’d call when the technician was available. I was surprised to receive a call at 8 am this morning saying they were on their way, but it was a little disruptive considering it was my day off. A scheduled appointment would have been appreciated. report abuse

  I just wanted to express how incredibly impressed we were with Block Electric! We had a really tough situation – a storm damaged our house and we needed a mast replaced urgently. We contacted seven other companies, but they were all completely booked up. Block Electric was the only one that responded quickly, sending an electrician out within 20 minutes of our call on a Wednesday afternoon. They had the parts the next morning and had the whole job done by 8am – it was fantastic service! We’d definitely use them again if we ever need electrical work. report abuse

  “I’d definitely recommend this company if you’re dealing with electrical issues. They were incredibly responsive – they arrived at my house within an hour after I called. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty transformer just down the street, and I’d been experiencing issues since Sunday. They even contacted Consumers Energy to explain the situation. It was a serious problem; a loose wire was dangling and could have caused a much bigger disaster, potentially damaging other things in my home and even my neighbor’s.” report abuse
