“We really appreciated the opportunity to share our experience after reading some of the recent feedback. We partnered closely with Jason and the Moody team to create a fantastic, custom lakefront project, and we’re thrilled with the result.”

Working with Richard Moody & Sons was unfortunately a really disappointing experience. Rick and Jason were fantastic during the initial planning stages – they were really helpful and communicative. However, once the actual construction began, things quickly went wrong. “Josh” was overseeing the build, and it just spiraled downwards from there.
-
I was really disappointed with this Moody built home. The insulation was installed terribly – the outlets in the middle of the house were shockingly drafty, which is completely unacceptable. And the finish work, especially the hardwood floors, looked like it was done by someone just starting out.
-
Honestly, I was incredibly disappointed with this business. I reached out multiple times – by phone, text, and email – to the brothers who run it, but I never received a single response. It was incredibly frustrating and felt very unprofessional.
-
“I had a really positive experience speaking with them – they were incredibly helpful and patient, and I’m definitely interested in exploring a business relationship with their company.”
-
“This service was absolutely fantastic – truly the best I’ve experienced!”
